SAF EPA (Absolute Filters)
|1 ||For use in intakes, exhausts and recirculated air filtration in air-conditioning systems with special requirements for clean air quality, e.g. in sophisticated air-conditioning technology and in sensitive industrial processes (pharmaceuticals,biotechnology, chemicals, optics, food and beverages, micro-electronics, clean rooms, etc.). |
|2 ||Available in filter class E10 to E12 according to EN1822:2009. |
|3 ||Individually tested. |
SAF EPA filters are provided with micro fine glass fibers formed into paper-like surface supplied in various grades depending upon the filtration efficiency required. EPA filters papers are formed into a close pleated package to provide a large surface area offering maximum airflow at a reasonable resistance. Corrugated aluminum separators are inserted between each pleat of EPA filter paper to provide support for the pleat and also ensure the entire surface of the EPA filtering medium is used. The completed EPA filter pack is sealed into the casing using a polyurethane sealant. The uniform and sealed pleat filter pack grants a high crossing surface to hold the very fine dusts. The standard frame construction includes MDF (medium-density fiber panel), galvanized steel and anodized aluminum. EPA filters are designed to meet exact specifications in high efficiency commercial or industrial applications. These filters are used where a high degree of cleanliness is required and contaminants must be removed to ensure health and protect products and building interiors. All the EPA filters are tested for efficiency and certified before packing and dispatching. They are scan tested individually to ensure a leak proof performance and each filter possess the label showing the scan test results.
