SAF HP (HP-100, HP-200)

Introduction

SAF HP filters are constructed of a high tensile strength synthetic media of non-woven polypropylene fibers. Each HP filter has performed, tapered pleats to ensure maximum utilization of media area and assure low resistance to airflow throughout the life of the filter.

Product MainFeatures<:
1 For use in gas power plants, petrochemical industrial, oil and gas industries.
2 Available in filter class F8 and F9 according to EN779:2012.
3 The pleated media edges are bonded to heavy duty cardboard panels on top and bottom.
4 High lofted, three layered synthetic media having high tensile strength.
5 Fits into internally supported filter system which consists of wire basket retainer that holds the filter.

SAF HP filters are constructed of a high tensile strength synthetic media of non-woven polypropylene fibers. Each HP filter has performed, tapered pleats to ensure maximum utilization of media area and assure low resistance to airflow throughout the life of the filter.
HP filters are ideally suited to variable air volume systems, systems with turbulent airflow, or other applications where supported media is desirable. They are also a cost-conscious alternative to box style ASHRAE filters because only the media is changed since the media retainer assembly   is an integral permanent component of the HVAC system. HP filters are available in the HP-100 and HP-200 efficiencies.
