Introduction

The SAF PR rigid pocket filters are 100% synthetic, corrosion-free and humidity-resistant products. The progressive density multi-layered fiber arrangement offers excellent filtration performance combined with very high dust holding capacity. The three stages fiber arrangement has a first layer which acts as a pre-filter to the micro fiber second layer and the third layer supports the media fibers. This results in high dust holding capacity, low pressure drop and longer lifetime.

The pocket medium is inherently rigid, with a welded rib construction to form a pocket with the highest possible functional security in even the most sever air pressure and high dust laden environments. The leak-free construction, the incorporated aerodynamic spacers and the embedded medium in a form-stable reinforced plastic front-header guarantee highest performance in different environments.
SAF PR is ideal for air conditioning systems installed in gas turbines, hospitals, food processing plants, pharmaceutical plants, electronic manufacturing facilities, etc. It is also suited for contaminated air expulsion filtration systems in paint spraying plants.
